Who operates this shop
Pitter Patter Diving LLC operates the Mia Kingtide shop. We use information you provide to respond to messages, process purchases, arrange fulfillment and help with orders. We do not sell your personal information.
Contact messages
The contact form collects your name, email address, selected subject and message. We also record your IP address and the submission time in Cloudflare D1. A notification containing those details is sent to our inbox through Cloudflare Email Sending. Cloudflare Turnstile checks the form for bots using a verification token and your IP address.
Your cart and checkout
Your browser stores cart variant identifiers, quantities and display details such as product names, images and prices in localStorage. If localStorage is unavailable, the cart tries sessionStorage, then temporary page memory. At checkout, only variant identifiers and quantities are submitted by the cart, and our server checks current product information with Printful.
Stripe hosts payment checkout and handles payment details. Checkout collects customer contact information, a shipping name and address, and a phone number. Our site receives checkout and payment identifiers, payment status, order totals and customer or shipping details needed to fulfill the purchase. We do not store your full payment card number in our shop database.
Order records and fulfillment
Our Cloudflare D1 orders table contains these fields: id, stripe_session_id, stripe_payment_intent, email, customer_name, amount_total_cents, currency, shipping_json, items_json, status, printful_order_id, error, created_at and updated_at. These hold order and payment references, contact details, the shipping address, purchased items, totals, fulfillment status and processing timestamps or errors.
We send Printful the recipient's name, shipping address, email address, phone number and ordered items so it can produce and deliver the order. Our system also sends order or fulfillment-error notifications to the shop owner. Cloudflare hosts the site and database; Stripe and Printful process information under their own privacy policies as well.
Hosting, analytics and external links
Hosting and security services process request information to deliver and protect the website. The shop code does not currently add a dedicated analytics or advertising tracker. Links to Amazon and social media take you to services with their own privacy practices.
Privacy questions
Contact us with questions about your information or to request access, correction or deletion. Please do not include payment card details in a message. We will review requests in light of the records needed to handle orders and applicable legal obligations.
